Automatic Vision Video Measuring Machines With 3 Axis 0.01μm Absolute Linear Scale
The SPARTAN series Video Measuriement Machines is widely used in dimensional accuracy measurement of various Aerospace, mobile phone, scientific research and teaching, electronics, hardware and plastic, precision metal stamping plate, screen printing plate, acrylic plate, LCP film, PCB board, LCDTFT, glass cover plate, TP, frame of ultra-large LCD, die cutting, backlight module group, as well as for auxiliary measurements such as reverse engineering graphic R & D, design, drawing editing,laboratory inspection, etc..
When putting a workpiece on the work table, its image is captured and exported to the computer through transmission or reflecting lighting of the device, then by using software functions like video, measuring together with work table translating, coordinate collecting, user can take measurements like circle, line, distance to the workpiece.

1. The X / Y / Z 3 axis of the Absolute Linear Scale is independent researched and developed, with a resolution of up to 0.01 μm

3. The special designed motion controller of Vision measuring machine using Ethernet transmission, which is efficient and reliable system, can solve the disadvantage of unstable USB transmission.
4. High-resolution SONY CMOS sensor of image processor to ensure the image is clear and without smearing.
5. The up light source using eight areas partitioned independent control lighting system, and the light-emitting element using low-attenuation LED to extend working life.
6. Independently developed multi-function 2D and 3D measurement software, the measurement results can be output to DXF, Word, Excel, PDF and other formats.
F3 high precision closed loop auto zoom lens

2. Fully closed-loop servo control eliminates gear transmission gap and greatly improves the repeatability of the machine.
3. Adopt the high precision and resolution ring shaped grating ruler specially developed and designed by our company for F3 Lens for full closed-loop position feedback.
4. F3 lens comes with a coaxial light source to solve the problem of insufficient illumination for deep hole measurement.

21 Orders Volumetric Compensation
Easson Video Measuring Machine used with AR series Network control System which is included 21 orders volumetric compensation, with Ultra high speed linear encoder reading and built-in EAD (absolute scale decoder) allow AR series system to use the AS-80 high precision absolute scale, providing high accuracy and high resolution measurement.
Vision measuring machines can cooperate with the UK Renishaw high precision touch probe for the measurement as below:
1. Height measurement: use probe to touch a standard plane and many other measuring planes, program will automatically get the height difference between measuring planes and the standard plane.
2. Plane measurement: touch at least three points in the measuring plane, right mouse click to finish, then you can get this plane's inclination and flatness.
3. Sphere measurement: use probe to evenly touch three points on the bigger diameter part of measuring sphere, then touch the top of the measuring
4. Cylinder measurement: touch three points around the cylinder at the same height, then touch another three points at another height, finally you can get the cylinder's radius and inclination.
5. Cone measurement: touch three points around the cone at the same height, then touch another three points at another height, finally you can get this cone's radius and inclination.
6. Circle measurement: use probe to evenly touch at least three points on the measuring object, right mouse click to finish, then you can measure an inner circle.
